Kanoo defeated JPCC by 3 wickets and ACE Travels subdued a fighting Zinda Tilismat of Hyderabad-XI by 7 wickets in the seventh week matches of the JCA Premier Division, which is sponsored by the Kanoo Group of Companies. JPCC made a moderate total of 159-6 against the Kanoo Cricketers in 18 overs. Dashing opener Saleem was brilliantly caught at slips off the bowling of Tabrez. But Shafiq, at the other end, made a patient 53 and Anwar remained unbeaten on 54 while wickets kept falling at the other end. Asif made 19. Tabrez claimed 2-22, Mansoor 1-31 and Moyed 1-26. ACE Travels started with a bang as Wajid Samdani smacked 78 off 43 balls and Wahajuddin exploded to 39 runs off just 11 balls. Awad hit 42 n.o. and Baba Amoudi 9 to win the match in 14.1 overs.
