DROPS from Saudi Arabia claimed the "High School Company for Best Social Impact" at Injaz Al Arab Young Entrepreneurs Competition of 2015 held recently in Oman. Nael Samir Fayez, board member and CEO of Injaz Saudi Arabia, praised the ability of Drops team who managed to transform their creative ideas to real-life project by establishing a real company for a small amount. Speaking about Drops, Fayz said, "It is a small company consisting of high school students who created an innovative technique to deliver safe water through their new locally made device, which helps to rationalize water consumption. It is a joint stock company started with SR11,250 capital." Abdulmajeed Al Ghamdi, managing director of Drops, expressed his happiness for winning the "High School Company for Best Social Impact" award, and he said, "We really worked hard and we were very concerned to be different and distinguished from other participants." He pointed out that their aim was focused to serve the Saudi community in the field of water conservation. He also expressed his appreciation to Injaz Saudi Arabia for given the opportunity to students to show and display their talents, abilities and skills. At Injaz Al Arab Young Entrepreneurs Competition of 2015, Student companies were assessed on their ability to demonstrate sound business insights, financial knowledge, marketing abilities and research skills. The annual event witnessed the presence of the ministers of education, economy, and commerce and industry and representatives of the private sector.
