Ati Al-Qurashi said police received reports that three young men, two Saudis and an Asian, were causing chaos and disturbing people at a shopping center. Two of the young men wore veils to disguise their identity. They took a video of their actions and posted it on social media. The police were able to track them down and arrest them on charges of public disturbance and misdemeanor. Five arrested in Baha for cyber-bullying BAHA — Security directorates have recorded five separate cases of cyber-bullying in Baha. A source from a state security authority said the cases involved adult bullies targeting children and luring them to participate in obscene acts, and then posting pictures of their targets on social media. Authorities said children need to be more aware of the dangers online and that parents need to monitor their children online. The bullies have been arrested and will be subjected to punishment according to the Kingdom's information privacy law. Youth drowns while swimming in valley BAHA — A young man drowned while on a trip with his friends. Baha Civil Defense deputy spokesman Lt. Gen. Abdullah Al-Thubaiyah said the Civil Defense received reports of a man in his 20s who drowned in Wadi Ulaib. The victim went on a trip to the valley with his friends, but later drowned while swimming in the valley. The Civil Defense were able to remove the victim's body from the water with the help of his friends. Man shot dead during fight, suspect arrested TAIF — A man was shot dead after a fight with another man. Makkah Police spokesman Col. Ati Al-Qurashi said police received reports of the shooting in Al-Waht Wa Al-Wahit area of Taif. Witnesses said the two men were in their 40s and were fighting before one of them shot the other, causing him to die. Police tracked down the shooter and arrested him on murder charges. 983 traffic violations recorded in Qurayyat QURAYYAT— The Traffic Department here recorded a total of 983 traffic violations during its ongoing inspection campaign. Qurayyat Traffic Director Col. Abdulaziz Al-Biraithi said the violations included heavily tinted windows, not carrying a driver's license, driving without a license plate, speeding, driving in the wrong direction and running a red light. Police seized 175 vehicles and arrested 20 drivers during the campaign, which is ongoing. Police said violators would face the legal consequences based on the department's charter. Crane collapse kills construction worker MAKKAH — A Pakistani construction worker died after a crane collapsed on him at a construction site on Saturday. Makkah Civil Defense reported the incident happened at a construction site for a 25-story apartment building. The crane was being raised to the 25th story when the construction material it was carrying fell, putting the crane off-balance and causing it to collapse. The victim's body was taken to the King Faisal Specialist Hospital morgue.
