King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) exhibits the residential properties of its picturesque Bay La Sun residential district starting on Oct. 29 till Oct. 31 at 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is the first time for such an exhibition to be held in KAEC in recent history, which will allow potential investors to experience the city first-hand.
Bay La Sun waterfront district is one of the most prestigious residential communities featuring exquisite views of the pristine turquoise and blue waters of the Red Sea.
Within the district, the Marina Towers and Beach Towers form its residential community.
The district also hosts the Bay View Business Park, Bay La Sun Hotel and Marina, the Marina canal with provision for berthing yachts and pleasure crafts, public parks, landscaped green areas; all of which are designed and built to the highest international standards.
Another major attraction in the district is the state-of-the-art Juman Park which is designed to be a highly enriching experience for all family members. It adds to the vibrant lifestyle of Bay La Sun which offers the very best to work, live and relax.
Fahd Al-Rasheed, Group CEO and Managing Director of KAEC, said: "King Abdullah Economic City has been a driving force in setting benchmarks of international standard infrastructure and facilities in Saudi Arabia.
The fast-paced progress of the city drives confidence in Saudis to invest in KAEC's six diverse residential districts as seen from the response to previous launches over the past few years. Bay La Sun district is a project which combines beautiful architecture with scenic views that are a homeowner's dream.
We are glad to be hosting this exhibition in King Abdullah Economic City, as it will give the customers a better understanding of the products offered."
Charles Biele, CEO of Real Estate Development Company (REDCo) in KAEC, said: "Bay La Sun district enjoys world-class lifestyle amenities such as 24/7 security, 24/7 customer care and home maintenance services and ample car parking spaces, residents will benefit from a complete range of facilities such as; The World Academy School, and a medical center for primary care and emergency operated by Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital as well as a variety of waterfront retail, restaurants of different cuisines, cafes, mosques and grocery.
