The Ministry of Justice IT department will monitor the register and check for illegal cases of multiple issuance of power of attorneys. “The system is being applied at the Second Notary Public Office in Riyadh and applicants will soon be able to register their power of attorneys online in Riyadh and other notary public offices all over the Kingdom,” a source said. The e-gate is part of the ministry's effort to make all procedures and transactions available through its website. __
