Egyptian singer Tamer Husni said that he does not intend on starring in any new drama despite the success his first television drama “Adam”, which was aired during the Ramadan season, achieved. Tamer stressed that the drama “Adam” exhausted him to the max and that is why he will not star in anything in the upcoming couple of years. According to the internet website MBC.net, Tamer stated that he fears if he takes on a new acting project it will negatively impact his singing career and he does not want to jeopardize it. He added that it is very difficult to divide his time between singing and acting due to the amount of effort needed to act in a television drama. He revealed that he expects he will return to acting in the year 2014. On a different note, Tamer revealed that he will be presenting three new songs in his upcoming film “Omar and Salma 3”. The singer denied that he will personally fund the production of the film and said that Mohammad Al Sabki's company will be funding the production. Tamer noted that his new production company will be funding all his future films.
