Lebanese singer Katia Harb has announced her return to the scenes after an absence of six years. Katia had resigned from her career and dedicated her time entirely to religious studies, despite being at the peak of her career. According to the London based Elaph, Katia stated that she will be presenting new songs that are unique and different from all her previous ones. Katia revealed that she is returning to the scenes with two albums, the first a religious one and the second will feature a variety of entertaining songs. The singer had placed great efforts in preparing for the albums. Katia will also be taking part in a number of acting jobs in Egypt, refusing to reveal any details regarding the roles she will be playing. She stated that she had signed a contract with a production company to star in television dramas a while back, but all projects were postponed due to the unstable political and economic conditions in Egypt. __
