‘New job heavy responsibility'

Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Defense, called his new job a heavy responsibility and vowed to follow the approach of the late Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz.
Prince Salman made the comments while visiting the Presidency of the General Staff at the Ministry of Defense here Monday.
Upon arrival, he was received by Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of General Staff, General Hussein Bin Abdullah Al-Qabil.
In a meeting with commanders of various branches of the Armed Forces, Prince Salman said that he has a great honor to assume the post of Defense Minister, adding that it is a heavy responsibility and he will follow the steps and approach of the late Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz (May Allah bless his soul) in the service of the religion and the homeland.
Prince Salman was accompanied by Prince Bandar Bin Salman, and the Director General of the Defense Minister's Office Lieutenant General Abdulrahman Bin Saleh Al-Bunyan.
