Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Defense, visited Sunday the Naval Forces Command in Riyadh. Prince Salman was received by Prince Khaled Bin Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; Gen. Hussein Bin Abdullah Al-Qabil, Chief of General Staff; Lt. Gen. Dakhilullah Bin Ahmed Al-Waqdani, Commander of Naval Forces; and Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Bin Saleh Al-Bunyan, Director General of the Office of the Minister of Defense. On Saturday, Prince Salman visited the Air Forces Command. The Commander of the Air Forces, Lt. Gen. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ayesh, praised the late Crown Prince in his speech. “Prince Sultan instilled in us the value of being dedicated and the importance of performing our duties. We're proud we're defending this country. We hereby pledge allegiance to you and we're ready to implement your orders.” Prince Salman said he was proud to be leading the air forces. “I'm glad to be with you today. The air forces are part and parcel of the armed forces. We're proud of you and your dedication to serve your country. We're all proud of the trust placed inus by King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz. I'd like also to mention our great leader, the late Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz. We hope Allah the Almighty bestows mercy on his soul.”
