hot Ottawa Senators came from behind to beat Northeast division rivals the Toronto Maple Leafs 3-2 Sunday and extend their longest winning streak in two seasons to six matches. Colin Greening, Chris Neil and Kaspars Daugavins scored three straight goals after Toronto had taken an early lead and Ottawa held off the division-leading Maple Leafs to match their winning stretch from the 2009-2010 campaign. Toronto's Clarke MacArthur netted his second goal of the game to pull the visitors within one at 9:07 in the third but goaltender Robin Lehner and the Senators avoided a letdown to maintain their stirring momentum. Ottawa (7-5-0) began the season 1-5-0 before going on their current run, which has pulled them within a point of the Maple Leafs (7-3-1) in the division. Lehner, who allowed the opening goal to MacArthur at 11:20 in the first, settled in to finish with 23 saves. “I got to give the team a lot of credit because I didn't have much to do,” Lehner told reporters. Jonas Gustavsson made 27 saves for Toronto but was hit with an offensive surge from the Senators. Greening scored in the first and Neil added his goal in the second, both on power-plays, while Daugavins recorded his first NHL goal at 7:08 in the third. “I'm pretty excited tonight,” Daugavins said. “To finally get that feeling in my career was pretty awesome. Especially to help the team win, that was pretty nice. To be honest, I tried to shoot for a rebound, but it went in, so that was fortunate.” In other games it was: Columbus 3, Anaheim 1; Colorado 3, Los Angeles 2; Edmonton 4, St Louis 2.
