The late Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz often became angry if the medical requests of citizens were not met, according to Dr. Ahmad Al-Farraj, Private Translator at Prince Sultan's office. Prince Sultan considered the refusal of medical requests a “red line” that should not be crossed by any of his staff – whether this was for treatment inside or outside the Kingdom, reported Al-Watan newspaper. He said the Crown Prince was a “rare person” who was involved in many philanthropic activities. He was also a pillar of the country in terms of its political and military developments. Al-Farraj said the Crown Prince had a great deal of respect for King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and would always escort him personally to his car when he traveled. “He was not only a prince, but a father who taught me patience, courage and generosity through great deeds unknown to many,” he said. About the late prince's humanity, Al-Farraj said a woman once called the prince's palace late at night and insisted on speaking to him personally. Prince Sultan was told about the call and decided to speak to the woman. When she asked for a house, Prince Sultan immediately ordered that a house be bought for her within 24 hours.
