High temperatures accompanied by strong surface winds are expected in the Tabuk and Al-Jouf regions, according to the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME). The Analysis and Weather Forecasting Department expects the formation of cumulus and thunder clouds over Jizan, Asir and Al-Baha moving up to Taif heights with chances of rain in Asir and Al-Baha heights. Clouds will appear in Makkah and Madina regions and move to the north-east of the Kingdom toward Riyadh and Qassim, the report added. For the Red Sea, the PME expects north-west to west surface winds at a speed of 15-38 km/hour and south-west to west in the central and southern areas at a speed of 10-35 km/h. Sea waves will be1-1.5 meters high. For the Arabian Gulf, the PME expects north to north-east winds at a speed of 15-40 km/h with sea waves 0.5-1.5 meters high. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be as follows: Makkah 42-28, Madina 41-27, Riyadh 40-26, Dammam 42-25, Jeddah 37-27, Abha 30-15 and Tabuk 34-19.
