On behalf of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, an international conference on Takfeer Phenomenon, Causes, Effects, and Treatment will be opened here on Sept. 20. The conference will be organized by Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz International Award for Prophetic Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies with the participation of Al-Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, Dr. Saed Al-Orabi Al-Harithy, Adviser to the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior and Chairman of Higher Supervisory Committee of the conference, said. Dr. Al-Harithy commended the keenness of Prince Naif on good preparation for this important conference to achieve its objectives in clarifying the religious ruling of Takfeer, its intellectual and historical roots, causes and appropriate solutions for its treatment.
