On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the World Conference on 'Takfeer Phenomenon, Causes, Effects, and Treatment will be opened here on September 20. The Conference will be organized by Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Award for Prophetic Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies with the participation of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Saed Al-Orabi Al-Harithi, Advisor to the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior and Chairman of Higher Supervisory Committee of the Conference, commended the keenness of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, on good preparation for this important conference to achieve its objectives in clarifying the religious ruling of Takfir, its intellectual and historical roots, causes and appropriate solutions for its treatment.
