Based on the directives of King Abdulllah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, who is keen on making non-Arab Muslims learn the Holy Qur'an and based on the role of the Kingdom in Dawah in the Islamic world, the Holy Qur'an Channel launched Thursday a year-long service of English and French translations for famous Holy Qur'an reciters. The Holy Qur'an Channel will broadcast every day the recitations of over 10 famous reciters with English and French translations, said Dr. Abdul Aziz Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information.
