King Abdullah, Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, Tuesday issued a Royal Decree granting Sheikh Mohammed Bin Fahd Bin Abdulrahman Al-Abdullah, President of Saudi Commission for Investigation and Prosecution (CIP), rank of a minister. The decree said that the concerned authorities shall implement this order forthwith. In a statement later, Sheikh Al-Abdullah thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, and the Second Deputy Premier for the trust shown in him. He prayed Almighty Allah to help him meet the expectations of the Saudi leadership “which spares no efforts in achieving justice and preserving the rights of all people in accordance with Shariah, which is the system of this country since its foundation.”
