Flames from a car parked next to a building in Buraidah spread to the structure and thick smoke trapped 13 Pakistanis in an apartment before a Civil Defense team evacuated them, officials said. There were no casualties in incident, which Southern Buraidah Police are investigating, officials said. The car fire was caused by a short circuit, according to sources. __
