The city's centers, resorts, gardens and public parks are filled with visitors. A total of more than 3.5 million are expected this year. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Muammar, Mayor of Taif and President of the City's Council of Tourism Development, said that Taif is currently witnessing a peak in demand for tourism facilities. He said this will help the local economy and urged businesses to provide the public with the best possible services. Every summer Taif Governorate's real estate market gets a welcome boost thanks to its balmy weather and plenty of tourist attractions.
