The extended Royal Amnesty announced by the Kingdom is applicable to Haj, Umrah and visit visa overstayers only, according to a press release issued by the Indian Consulate General here, Tuesday. Indian nationals who fall under the above categories should approach the Deportation Center (Tarheel) directly with their passports and air tickets to get the exit visa stamped on their travel documents after finger prints scan, the press release said. All Indian nationals of the above category are requested to avail the amnesty before Sept. 14 without fail. If the overstayers fail to avail this amnesty within this time limit they will have to face severe punitive action by the Saudi government, the statement added.
