Saudi drift racing drivers Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani, Hatem Nato and Saeed Al-Moori are all set for the Red Bull Car Park Drift Championship 2011 final in Lebanon Friday. Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani of Al-Jazirah Ford Racing Team will be driving a Ford Mustang 2011 RTR, which is prepared by Al-Jazirah Vehicles Agencies and sponsored by local and international performance icons. Al-Qahtani had won the Jeddah leg of the qualifications. Hatem Nato had finished the Riyadh leg on top, while Saeed Al-Moori had won the Dammam leg. Sabah Abdullah Al-Kraidees, Al-Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Sales and Marketing Director, said the team is ready to compete in the final round. “Our cars are in top shape to compete for the title,” he said. Al-Kraidees said: “We always aim to support different types of motor sports. It is always rewarding to discover, support and sponsor local motor sport talents and I want to take this opportunity to thank our team's sponsors who share the reward with us. The sponsorship by National Commercial Bank, Castrol Magnatic, Roush Performance, The PitStop Performance and Cooper Tires made our team's efforts far more rewarding and I hope their sponsorship will continue to help us attain our goal to discover and develop Saudi youths' skills in a safe environment away from public roads.” Al-Qahtani said: “We've completed our preparation to participate in this exciting event. The intense competition amongst local talents can only lead to better performance levels in the future. “I would also like to extend my appreciation for the great support the team received from the sponsors and the fans who supported the team and drivers throughout the events.”
