RAFHA: The Rafha Electricity Company said it is prepared for the end-of-year exams with 10-megawatt standby generators in the Northern Frontier Region University for Men and Women and most boys' and girls' schools throughout the governorate. The moves ensure that students can revise their subjects and sit for the exams without hassle – and prevent power outages from affecting exams and disturbing students. Two generating stations recently caught fire, which affected the central generating station and caused repetitive power outages in some districts of the governorate and neighboring villages. New generators will arrive this week, said Engineer Muhammad Al-Masloukhi, Director of the Rafha Electricity Company in the Northern Frontier Region.
