Saudi Electric Company ends power outage

Awwal 12, 1432 / April 16, 2011, SPA -- The Saudi Electric Company said in a statement that electric power was restored after 15 minutes of an electric outage in some neighbors of Riyadh and the eastern regions.
The company said that the outage in some neighbors of Riyadh and the eastern regions was due to exit of 2200 megawatts from the generation station belonging to Marafiq company in Jubail
The company added that it currently has no shortage of generation capabilities.
