Considering that the current events of Iraq represent a surprise in which some groups, that have organized themselves recently as an Islamic category different from the other categories, have besieged some areas in it leads us towards believing, in regard to the reality of Arab World in general and of Iraq and Syria in particular, that their disagreement has not become with the non Arab foreigners located out of their borders as they are practicing their continuous conflicts within the borders of such Arab countries now. There is an important remark related to this reality which is that the overwhelming decline in some Arab countries is neither the result of today's events nor it is a continuation for ambitions as much as it is a continuation of imposition of successive partitions applied on any rapprochement in some Arab countries under the conditions of such painful reality. Such real proven rupture would not have happened in Iraq together with the potential international intervention for returning Iraq to its already completely torn government in this time if Iraq had not been already made fit for such end since the downfall of the governance of Saddam Hussein, who has been brave and daring before Iran but fool and immoral when he had invaded Kuwait. We know that the said regime had been caused to fall through am amazing violence after the end of the governance of the American president who Had liberated Kuwait and had been followed by another president who has caused the end of Saddam Hussein's life. Thus, the governance has become no more than private and sectarian one which had opened all the doors of disputes with most Arab states. It is an imaginary and unreasonable comparison to put your old information aside and forget that before a time which is not that long, such as sixty years ago, Iraq had been witnessing very good security and had been a leading country in sciences and culture. It is regretful to compare that past with what it has become now and even before it when the stage of paving the way for the loss had been planned for long years ago where the start had been implemented by overthrowing the Iraqi royal regime through barbaric and brutal way. It had been the start followed by the continuation. Iraq represents the magnificent country of multiple competencies in our memory that overlooks its past. However, when we look at it now; we do not know how is it possible that its rapprochement with Iran is more than its rapprochement with any other Arab country & how does it happen that its security is fully dependent on the close Iran or the far United States with no presence for any single Arab state in this regard. In spite of that, some of Iraqi present people who are witnessing the running conflicts still have rational mentalities which refuse such direction towards private sectarianism or such foreign country. However, how they are going to reach?
