It is well known that alphabets of knowledge state that chances are seized & are never given. Similarly, the international relationships adopt the same principle for seizing the good circumstances and factors which lead to the success of gains without wasting the time and money. At the Arab level, we have been involving our selves, through our policies, in battles rather than balanced relationships with the world. Such bad policies led us towards becoming split between the West and the east together with neglecting the world which has been desirous to establish cooperation and openness with us. Thus, the political disasters into which we have drowned ourselves paralyzed our strength and wasted a big share of our time in gaining the material and political troubles and losses. Let's consider how Arabs have no presence in the competition about Central Asia which represents the international mine about which each of China, the United States of America, Europe, Turkey & Iran are competing each other in spite of its important geographic location in regard to economy and strategy. It may be that the call of the Arab League for holding a conference which combines these countries & Azerbaijan with states of the Arab League cannot be regarded as an initiative as much as it is a need for diversifying relationships built on the basis of dealing for the sake of interests in the first place and a return to a long term history of two world that the Islamic civilization affected and led towards the rise of scientists, scholars and grand symbols which influence had been global. It may be that the call for holding such a conference in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom, as a part of a long term project which considers the aspects and needs of cooperation, brings us closer to understanding the alphabets of the new transnational deals that canceled the dimensions and geographic distances. This case is so because we are closer to these states more than any other states due to the deep links that combines us with them, especially if we consider the famous silk road which had added to us, to them and to the whole world gains that are still being repeated by the history. We and them had suffered the worries of the occupation, disappointments, destruction of heritage and blocking us from participating in world's civilization and advancement. The reason behind such suffer cannot be repeated again due to that the modern history has clarified them. However, if we begin, starting from this date, in building a concept for the economic and cultural cooperation, with no walls between us, for confirming our identities and ambitions; we shall realize that the atmosphere is suitable for the state which seeks achieving or seizing the available opportunity. In this regard, such attempt shall represent our first steps. The Arab Homeland is drowning in the concerns of crossing the dark pathways while Central Asia and Azerbaijan are willing to correct the track of their history. As long as we share with them the same concerns; a meeting of such high level and importance shall suggest a cooperation establishment project about which we believe that there are no obstacles or international recommendations which impose on every party coordinating the policies through calls and wishes expressed by an external party. In spite of that such meeting may be the start only; it represents the establishment of the first phase and the cornerstone. Thus, the commonalities are already known for every party (which is) representing its country, establishments and various social and economic aspects of power. What is needed from us here is to make our independent decisions regardless of any international political trend, ideological differences and religious intersections or disagreements due to that the link is more important than all of this. In a similar way to the happy and great past we had lived in earlier; our present generations do have the desire to recover what we had lost as they are able to connect the present with the past through bases on which we should build our future and generations.
