The worrying question raised by the European has come in the form of sharp warning stating that the welfare era has finished as there are no more wars fabrications, invasions of countries for looting their fortunes, opening of markets, opening if land and marine lines and exploring the space. Do the new apparent splits calling for separation from the central state in Spain, Britain and Italy together with looking for a new identity represent such trend under the claim of that it is not logical that the economies of these entities are not addressing the poorer citizens in the poor provinces. Does all of this represent the start of a new world formation? But how compatibility between the calls for separation and the European Union as the problem lies here due to that the economic crises has blown up what has been covered by the fortunes derived from draining the colonies of these states. It seems that what has happened in Czechoslovakia and Bosnia & Herzegovina imposes on these states accepting the bitter reality. At this time, the new emerging circumstances have started to reveal that the awareness, culture and national unity of the various races citizens that had reconciled during the time of prosperity are fading as these citizens are looking for another outlet now represented by accepting free ballot through voting for approving the continuity of the central state or facing the fragmentation. This phenomenon has been repeated in Ukraine which is a repeated form of the Soviet Union fragmentation that pleased the West and the United States as a major power had come to an end. America is a massive continent that made a radical change in itself through its big economy and active community. Thus, it had managed to be the heir of the Western colonialism through covering the spaces it had left in the world and blocking two world wars. Such consequences had led the United States together with the Soviet Union towards becoming the major powers in the world. However, the Soviet Union had collapsed later due to the ideological flabbiness factors that had led to such collapse and left the United States as the absolute sole power. However, power standards are still relative regardless of their volume. Due to its involvement in wars, interventions & imposing of decisions together with its allies weakness in regard to bearing the consequences of its military recklessness; it has faced a sever monetary crises recently. At this stage, some voices in the United States have started to declare their concerns related to the rise of Latinos and Blacks influence and their increasing numbers before the humble births among the white community in addition to the increased numbers of the mixed blood immigrants. Such trend has led to the overwhelming of the idea of white states future, considering whether the American Identity will be shrunken in favor of the settlers and new comers and that the Spanish language, which had started to be parallel to English in trading, culture and transactions earlier, is preparing to lead to the split of some states in which Latinos represent the majority. Such trend is similar to what's going on in Europe and the external world that had been split and fragmented by the colonial states through creating borders inside the unified state and causing national, religious and tribal conflicts. In this regard, the alternative shall be cases of fragmentation between groups of varying ethnicities, languages and financial abundance. Some people may believe that these ends are no more than waves of an economic crisis that may be surpassed by the states of the two continents through introduction of economic reform and technological development methods due to that the West is still overwhelming the joints and administration of the civilization. However, the competitors at this time are emerging countries and forces creeping from all other continents, especially Asia, Australia and South America. The latest's rising growth is being directed by Brazil, Mexico and Turkey in spite of that their rise have started as mere indicators that may not deprive the West and the United States from their gains. However, the concerns have started to appear especially if we consider that that the volume of economies in Asia has started to grow where China is in the top of the list followed by India while Japan remain as the spearhead as its economy is bigger than many European countries. Wars and domination of nations' property and fortunes have become a far possibility due to the cost of wars and the crises they create to all involved parties. Steering the world towards other directions which are different to what has happened in the past represent the factor that may change the classic features and lead to another new leap.
