During the English-French occupation time, the state of Israel had been imposed on the land of Palestine. It had been the time of Arab total disability in regard to blocking this project that had been planned and cared for by Britain. During the current time, we are witnessing a worst Arab time where the fighting has become ideological and led by parties who establish organizations supported by armed militias. The worst part is that the killer and the killed (party) of Arabs are parties in the rising crises of continuous harmfulness and received support. During such explosive conditions and total disability in regard to provision of stable and secured life in Iraq, Syria and other Arab countries; the rise of the Kurdish entity has started to appear in regard to the emergence of a state that shall be declared in Iraq due to the completion of its borders conditions accompanied by its state structure of economy, legislations, laws, army, security bodies and other components. Such end represents hopes that many (Kurdish) generations had been struggling for. In this regard, Syria is in the same way as all conditions have become ready for the establishment of a similar entity. The strange aspect here is that the tyranny of Saddam had been the factor that provided the Kurds with autonomy while the two Assads' regimes had neither approved their rights nor provided them with citizenships. However, the running war has led to the rise of a unilateral homeland which is nominated for joining the Iraq Kurds state. The present conditions provide the Syrian Kurds with such opportunity as long as there are parties who are, among the running disorder, planning, drawing targets and implementing them on ground. Through such invitation supported by regional and international sympathy, this rising state shall be approved and certified in accordance with the factors of heritage, language and land which represent the factors that impose the independence. This is similar to the calls of some democratic countries for the establishment of entities or states independent from the mother country such as the voting for the independence of Basque and Catalonia in Spain, Ireland in Britain and separating the northern part of Italy from the southern one. Thus, this trend is not just running in the underdeveloped countries. However, what about Iran and Turkey if we consider that Turkey contains more than eight million Kurds out of the twenty five million who are distributed among the other surrounding countries. Each of these two regional states has a repulsive reaction against the Kurds and had fought long wars in this regard. The said wars had followed a leftist trend supported by the Soviet Union during the time of the alliance between the Turks and Iranians, from one side, and the West, from the other one. Even Israel had been supporting them for the sake of crumbing these countries. However, the great pressure is on Turkey which is still giving promises of possible coexistence within one country in spite of that the practical application contradict the reality in this regard. On this basis, the conflicts kept going on to the extent of that Turkey had started negotiations with Ocalan, the Turkish Kurds leader who is detained by Turkey, about the future of the Kurds. However, reaching a solution in this regard is still far away due to that the Iraqi condition which built the nucleus of the Kurdish state and planned to work for joining the Syrian part with it has started to practice a bigger pressure on Turkey. Meanwhile, Iran is watching the running condition suspiciously due to that it has components which are similar to Turkey where nationalities, religions and sects are intermingled with each other. Iran fears to apply any procedure that provides its Kurds with a special feature as such end may push the other races to ask for the same. Such result shall lead the two regional countries to another crisis together with a journey towards an unknown future.
