The solution of unemployment is present before us but we are applying it partially rather than fully. This solution is represented by establishment of big entities as these entities such as ARAMCO, SABEK, Telecommunication Company & banks are not suffering the problem of Saudization due to that the saudization percentage may reach 70% in them some times. The problem of Saudization and trying to get rid of appointing the Saudi citizens is faced with the middle and small entities where we are implementing useless programs which damages are more than benefits such as "Takat" Program. The government has been encouraging the creation of big entities such as King Abdulla's Economic Town but the later faced many obstacles in spite of the generous support it has been receiving from the state. This is what we have been supposed to avoid. We have heard about many projects such as the "Knowledge Town" in Al-Madina Al-Munawara who faced similar obstacles or might have even failed as we have not been hearing about it since some time. However, such problems should not stop the state's intention in regard to creation of such projects provided its implementation should be through capable companies such as ARAMCO Company which is executing the project of Jazan Economic Town together with a power plant project in it, as far as I know. We have thousands of small entities which damages are more than their benefits, especially if we consider that many of them are working undercover. The government should work on merging them together; in spite of that time itself shall lead to such end the way it is happening everywhere in the world around us. At that stage, we shall say goodbye to the present levels of unemployment.
