I wrote many times about the unemployment and assured that this problem could only be solved by a strong private section. This section is the only system which can guarantee high salaries especially for Saudis. We can recognize this in big corporations as Aramco, Sabek and banks. So, I called for establishing big entities by blending family companies and small businesses in big shareholding companies especially contracting companies. This was partially achieved by Sabek: as the Jubail and Yanbu' Royal Department Head ‘Prince So'od Bin Abdallah Al Thanian revealed that Jubail attracted 104 billion Riyal through 16 projects during 2010. He stated that Sabek Program will provide 5000 jobs of 7000 supplied jobs from maintenance and operating companies working in Jubail and Yanbu' Industrial Areas. Also, he assured the importance of women jobs in Royal Authority according to the women privacy requirements. The salaries range from 2000 to 10000 Riyal according to the job. The contractors will be obliged to qualify and train the Saudis while at work. So, that's it (the solution I mean). The big companies especially contracting companies which didn't hire any Saudis nowadays.
