The patrols of Border Guards in Jazan region foiled over the last 72 hours many smuggling attempts of arms, drugs as well as some 462 head of cattle and arrested about 616 of residency violators of different African nationalities. The Guards' Commander in Jazan region, Major General Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Al-Subhi commended the great efforts exerted by the border guards to maintain the security of the border by land and sea, which culminated in the seizure of those prohibited items.
