King Abdullah Issues Royal Orders

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued today a number of royal orders as follows:
First: Re-constitution of Senior Scholars Council of the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh as President and the following Members:
1 - Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammad Al-Luhaidan.
2 - Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fauzan.
3 - Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh.
4 - Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussain.
5 - Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki.
6 - Sheikh Abdullah bin Suleiman bin Manie'.
7 - Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid.
8 - Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.

Second: With the exception of the President, the term of office of members shall be four years effective from 6/3/1434 AH.
First: Termination of the service of Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Kulliyah, the President of the Supreme Court upon his request.
Second: Appointment of Sheikh Ghaihab bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghaihab, as President of the Supreme Court at the rank of a minister.
First: Appointment of the following judges as members of the Supreme Court at the rank of Chief of Appeals Court, to replace the members who were appointed in the Royal Order No. (A / 8) dated on 19/2/1430AH:
1 - Sheikh Saad bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Ghamdi.
2 - Sheikh Ahmed bin Maqbool bin Nasser Hakami.
3 - Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz bin Qassem.
4 - Sheikh Mohammed bin Mohammed bin Shureim Al-Sha'bi.
5 - Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Hussein.
6 - Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al-Mazrou'.
7 - Sheikh Suleiman bin Ibrahim bin Rashid Al-Hudaithi.

Second: Appointing Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Mohammed bin Nashwan as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Magistracy at the rank of Chief of the Court of Appeals.
