In implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness the Prince of Riyadh region and his Deputy halt Manager Civil Defense in Riyadh, Major General Abed bin Matar Ackara and under the direct supervision of the Director General of Civil Defense team Saad Tuwaijri on rescue operations for flood victims witnessed in Aflaj province and some districts in the city of Riyadh on Thursday, where civil Defense succeeded in saving the lives of more than fifty-two people who were detained by the floods.
