I wish that the reader is not going to suffer boredom because of the periodic articles about the Arab World conditions through discussing various problems circumstances, such problems solving justifications & mentioning the justifications which make it necessary for the Arab World to get out of its Diaspora. Such solution shall not be a new invention as much as it is a late positive implementation of what other nations which might have witnessed worse conditions could achieve and move towards being among the most important powers. I am returning now to mentioning again some incidents which are not restricted to the Arab World only but are solely followed and provided with imbalance characteristics by some T. V. & Radio dialogues in Western broadcasting spots. In these dialogues, the question about the reality of detention centers in the Kingdom keeps being repeated as if it is an event present solely in the Kingdom. Meanwhile, it is possible to happen due to the wrong practice or the direction of hidden forces that finance the disorders. They are asking: "Why detention period is extended? Why someone is held countable because of his opinion? He has not been held countable for his opinion as he could publish it in his community's newspapers, but why does he moves through specific concepts that leads him or her to be specifically hostile to his community? Unfortunately, there are some people who support such climb towards the security of the Saudi community. It is well known that security in the Kingdom has been daring and logic through declaring the real facts the way they are. In fact, the fear is not related to the reality or future of Saudi community due to that all of the long term development, civilization change & the multi capabilities and initiatives provide security in regard to the civilization behavior. However, why didn't the Arab World benefit from the rapprochement and similarity abilities in its societies? Why couldn't it do what the European Union did from far East to far West where types of social life and its abilities vary strongly? The European Union could contain them all and is going, for sure, to develop the members which are just starting the cultural renaissance. This time may be the twentieth in which I am repeating how each of Japan, followed by China and, recently, India could discard any media influences or hostile intervention websites in regard to security or economy, in addition to the bad international relationships. The three countries represent, at the end, the peak powers in Asia. There have been nations that were suffering severe poverty short time ago such as the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand but are heading towards the civilization progress now in a way which is much better than some Arab countries which preceded them earlier since no less than 60 years ago. However, these Arab countries have stopped and entered into the disputes concerns. The Arab World should think about the presence of an internationally independent Arab entity which does not interfere in the individual conditions of another Arab country.
