The methods major powers international presence in the world have been changed and substituted by totally different presence methods in spite of that they lead, on most cases, to multi sites influence policies. Great Britain used to be the strongest country during the time of its expansion, in addition To France & Italy as major powers. However, since their departure from the fields of their military reign, the economic targets have become the first objective but without a military presence which imposes their will. The worldwide militarily advanced United States has a different policy in this regard as it initiated the intervention policies through establishing various influence methods from which the worst is supervising the conflicts in countries of the third world and limiting its international presence through keeping it busy with its internal problems. Anyway, there hasn't been the direct military purpose anymore. In this regard; we ask ourselves about the justification of Iran's trend or approach towards imposing its nuclear presence? Which are the countries that threat Iran and cause it to fear them? The closest two countries to Iran, Pakistan & Turkey, did never practice the methods of occupying distinctive areas around them as their away from being hostile to it. It's well known that nuclear qualification is very difficult and does not happen unless the national economy revenues are dedicated for it as target, in spite of its being subjective. We know, as well, that Iran's economical abilities have become limited, in addition to its being full with minorities who refuse its dealing methods. Accordingly, is the Gulf neighbor the dream target in a country from which we do not get surprised if such visualization is in its mind, especially if we know that their religious sanctity man advice its people to attack the West due to the its attitude which refuses the Syrian present condition. They are illogical reasons which return old images to our minds when Iraq during Abdul Karim Qasim's era used to consider that occupying Kuwait is a national symbol. However, the Iranian present trend to deprive the Arabian Bahrain from its real (Arab) identity is similar to the previous one in spite of that the logical reality assures that the stability of Bahrain which did not towards nuclear ambition is much better than Iran's real contradictions represented by the variation between its dreams and the reality of its capabilities or even its bad international relationships. Isn't it rightful for the international powers and the Arab security to consider that the Iranian-Syrian adhesion confirms the absence of objectivity and adopts the borders fight policies in spite of that such borders are related to countries which people are followers of the same religion and are similar in regard to disability and retardation that should lead their countries towards rapprochement and cooperation. If Iran imagines that it can create an Iranian presence that returns it to the old era before the rise of Islam when it used to be the first competitor of the country of similar power at that time; it should realize that this mythical dream have been exceeded by the world more than a hundred years ago.
