The big attitudes need big men. King Abdulla, man of the national, Arab & humanitarian initiatives has always believed in the principle and faith which considers that the Arab nation is one entity. Meanwhile, Such ideas have hid or disappeared from the minds of those who promised them but as mere slogans only such as Al-Assad's family ruling which has been bargaining and calling loudly for this principle while being, in fact, the first enemy of our Arab nation. When Syria's neighboring countries became harmed from the behavior of the Syrian regime and its leadership, all slogans of this regime about the Arab Unity and solidarity became exposed as mere slogans. King Abdulla opened the donations door of Syria's great nation as a national and Arab duty which is an indication to that the declaration should be accompanied with action, especially in the times of crises. While being students during our childhood times; we witnessed similar actions / steps related to donating for Algeria, Palestine & other Arab and Muslim countries later. Billions cannot substitute Syria's present martyrs but the moral and material / financial stand with them provide a value of that they are not alone in their struggle for freedom but are shared and supported by their brothers in the Kingdom. This action should push other Arab countries towards adopting similar attitudes as a duty imposed by the principles of Arab brotherhood. The Syrian people have been kind and generous with the whole Arab nation as there were neither entrance permits nor residence barriers imposed for entering or residing in this country which borders were open for every Arab citizen. However, the present regime is the party which tried to create the gaps and to terrify the Arab terrorist through breaking the laws. These sorts of behavior caused harms to this important industry which revenues are massive in the countries that dealt professionally with the value of tourism, commerce and opening the doors for investment. The nation of the Kingdom is a generous one of flowing feelings, especially for the Arab & Muslim citizen. What is happening in Syria of the authority's tyranny applied on its citizens has burst the Saudis' supporting soul for their Syrian brothers. In regard to the new reality; donating for the Syrian brothers Out of Syria or inside it is the duty of every one of us. He who knows the Syrians suffering there and their facing of their destiny bravely with no complain or feeling of oppression push us towards sharing the same feeling with them. It is a very little duty in front of their sacrifices and active role in liberating themselves from the authority of suppression and slaughtering people on sectarian bases with no moral or ethical deterrent at all. The other issue is that if Iran, Iraq, Russia & China are declaring & not hiding their support for the Syrian regime and their provision of arms, supplies and all requirements it needs for it; we should be the first ones in supporting the popular majority of Syrians for a purpose different than the purposes of the said countries which are seeking their political and strategic interests, even if the Syrian nation bled all its people blood. The Kingdom occupied advanced positions earlier in regard to aiding, relieving and provision of unlimited support to the extent that it exceeded countries richer than it, due to its belief that this role deepens its humanitarianism in the international level. If Syria is standing to represent the brave and humanitarian character in the most violent revolution witnessed in the Arab region; the tax should not be from the Syrians' blood. Our duty towards them is that our support should be equal to their sacrifices, as feelings are not enough if not accompanied with an unlimited provision when the case becomes a case of life and death of a nation seeking to liberate its homeland from the worst ruling gang witnessed by our modern Arab history. King Abdulla who has always been a model for his time and Arab nation could feel and conclude that his homeland citizens' participation in supporting the Syrian nation is cohesion between blood and money for gaining or achieving freedom. It is a big meaning in the initiative of a great man.
