What are the shortest routes to resolve the Arab's contradictions, revolutions, clashes and discrimination between a near country and a far country, and is possible to apply the concept of to avoid any assumption that accuses a country that it is responsible for its own suffering even if there was an accident between two cars in a street and it is done by an Arab country that is conspiring inside the Arab surrounding?
Two Arab countries took the isolation concept from any cold and hot affairs, and concentrating on building rather than consuming time in diplomacy that is judged to be failing, and it is a format that prevented the two countries from any outcomes that may cause chronic problems.
Oman in the extreme Arab East usually shows up with its representatives in any issue in the region, but it goes far away from the complex issues, and some times it doesn't attend conferences in which clashes can cause a break of relations, and in this act it didn't loose any body but it gained the distance away from any form that may harm it.
The other country is Morocco, which, despite its political sensitivity with its neighbors and the concentration of the clashes on the desert, it the model between those countries of the developmental and political path, and its democratic methods development is unprecedented by developing the freedom concept, and likewise Oman, it preferred not to interfere in any risks in the Arab complex situations regardless of its social and political weight.
I know exactly that it is impossible for some Arab countries to take the isolation path from a lot of cases, and the reason is that the environmental relations, even if the clashes were sharp, but there are mutual security, economic and neighboring factors that effect and affect the negatives and positives, and a country may be different from another in the mass of the moral responsibility, and the partnership of duty doesn't become a claim, but there are some that explain it to be interference in its own matters, and others that see it as an external message that an Arab delegate carries. The Arab conflicts resulted in boycotts and accusations, and when you analyze the causes and objectively examine them you find that the clashes are between the countries only and not the citizens that gained the legitimacy of their relations from the nature of the overlapping interests and public relations that, even if influenced by the country's and media's viewpoint, communicate outside the boycott concept.
The other side is that we are members of the Arab League, and it is a structure that was formed to be weak because the member countries is the ones that eliminated its power to work, and thus announcing the agreements outside of it based to neutral or wind-blowing rituals, but in total, no Arab country can sloe its borders and avoid the other regardless of the reasons. The sad thing is that we realize this limit of mutual responsibility but we make it go through the bidding method because of any reason that is not related to interests but rather a clash motive.
It is true that each country has its path, options and relation structuring, but we don't realize how much we politically lost with the external side that is overlapping with us in a lot of cases, and we lost the circumstances of a general decade to establish a development that is based on principles away from politics, and regardless of that we are sides that, no matter how far we get, are linked by a non escapable mutual destiny.
