Targeting the security of our citizens By targeting Prince Nayef
Published in Alriyadh on 06 - 08 - 2011

The news agency A.F.B from London released a provoking article from its previous content and what it means in the present content. The company that apologized – and legally should be bounded to make a compensation punishment – confessed, though legally clear conviction tools, that it committed a mistake that was released in its newspaper "The Independent" by what it was released by its reporter in the middle east and was spread in a lot of internet websites that his Royal Highness Prince Nayef Bin Abdelaziz ordered his security forces to open fire on the protests and to deal violently to stop them.
This false and cheep news is good for us locally, yes good. Because we logically and simply know that the "protests" didn't even exist, they did not say when that happened? And where? What I don't know is that me only as a media man I experience a lot of news but all of the citizens know that there is a support between small number of stirrers to make any rejection expression possible where they decided via net a specific day to gather in one street of the Kingdom so that they get called protests.
This did not happen especially that media-wise and in their specific time we were roaming in the squares and streets and we did not notice any protesting citizen. The ridiculous provocation of unknown sources didn't achieve any result, but it is of the weirdest coincidences what happened near that time as if it was a divine guidance announcing that this society and its country is continuing its whole unity that varies in its positive details from any other society of the third world and not the Arab world only. By that I mean the presence mass and the density from King Khalid airport site to the squares and streets of Riyadh city by different types of citizens and the existence of families in specific at the welcoming sites at the arrival of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla to Riyadh. We all lived that impression in cooperation, understanding and loyalty.
I go back to prince Nayef, that man who never was known of being a harsh minister that practices "national killing" in any day the same way it is happening in a lot of Arab countries. Not only now but also for the past sixty years, where the Arab Interior Minister is the source of the killing decisions by either knocking the doors of the citizens and when he opens it he gets surprised with a bullet that kills him by those known as the dawn visitors, or by ordering an unknown driver with unknown car to run over a specific opposing person then when that happens they say that it is destined, or by the kidnapping operations with unknown sources where all what is said that he disappeared. We are far away from the cheapness of such acts; in fact there is no Arab country that deals the lawbreakers behind the influences of Al Qaeda by direct killing. There is a prison, and there are advising teams that redirect the imprisoned to the correct path even if they had histories. There is also the entrance of the citizen in the security missions by giving him acknowledgement rewards for pointing out terrorist sources, and then embracing the kids of the security man in specific that scarified his life during his duty.
Those are the ideals that lead our security situation both human and Islam wise, so where are some of them in any Arab country?
Prince Nayef is a human, mind and family connection in his country, where King Abduaziz – may Allah have mercy on him – who gathered his country in its beginnings with its village ignorance and nomad harshness didn't direct it by terrifying his soldiers, but rather by directing it with his subjective projects. King Faisal – may Allah have peace mercy on him – that experienced the most violent enemies against his country from all sides, and among us the youth at that time whom was Baathist, nationalist and communist, and some un-straight thoughts were spread in the society that was about to tear apart the unity of the society especially that all the borders were filled with enemies for the government; Arab nationalists, international Baathists or Al Sehl country in Iraq, and there were sixty thousand non-Yemeni soldiers helping Yemen against the kingdom, and in the atmosphere of those clashes a lot of people were arrested but non of them were killed, in fact some of them held a notable administrative positions. Faisal was victorious and his country moved to the excellence reality that it is currently at. Each citizen should take from this false accusation an evidence certificate of the amount of targeting he gets as a citizen.
