The Gulf societies are not only positively homogeneous due to similar ruling systems or economical capabilities. Similar ruling existed in many other Arab societies, but could not be an incentive for matching views. The same thing we say about the economic capabilities which should have put Iraq, Libya and Algeria in a leading economical position. The key factor is the social stability which opens various channels to the diverse economy and leads to engage in the course of international relations. If it was this simple we would have hoped for establishing a new platform for closer Arab countries ties. The daily news reveals social setbacks that push different parties backward rather than forward. The Gulf States meeting, which concluded in a positive and objective outcome and was accepted by the Gulf people because it has made them confident that they are in a distinguished secure and progressing situation. This was apparent particularly in the terms the language used against Iran which not only a rejection but rather equality. This confirms that the entire Gulf would not be intimidated, weak or accept intervention in their affairs, especially as their joint forces and policies legitimacy are internationally recognized. Those who do not accept the Gulf united forces and supporting each other's members will have to do the same against the European Union. If Iran was to return us to the half—century old Arab revolutions, a situation it is actually going through, reflecting the pattern of international differences and domestic unrest. The declared differences with other countries are merely to calm down the objections within. On the other hand, for Jordan to join the Gulf Cooperation Council will represent an addition of a qualified disturbance-free country. The same applies to Morocco which has well known regional geographical ties.
