Yesterday morning in Al Ras Governorate, some veiled man expressed his rage against "Saher" system by smashing the window of the car which was situated in Al Shanana Road in the Governorate with a big rock and ran away after passing in front of the camera. This man waits until the camera inspector was talking with some traffic patrols who were surprised by this behavior. It's worth mentioning that before this accident some young men remove their car panels and driving in crazy speeds in circles without regarding those behaviors. Al Ras Police handled the accident, diagnosed the penal evidences and followed the initial procedures to arrest the criminal. This accident is the third one in Al Qusaim, as preceded by accidents in Barida and Eniza Cities (as the media spokesman (Major Fahd Al Habdan) in Al Qusaim Police.
