The Secretary General of the Muslim World League, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, participated as a main speaker at "Al-Azhar International Peace conference" which was held in Cairo on 28 April 2017. Dr. Al-Issa said in his speech at the conference, which was attended by many intellectual and religious international figures, that peace is a great intention and purpose in Islam Achieved by the humanity of love and good wishes for all. Sheikh Muhammad added in his speech that neutrality and justice is an essential demand for the concept of peace; and that means we are all equals and we must understand this without any prejudice and intolerance. Dr. Al-Issa also explained that any duplication of standards will eventually lead to eliminate the clear understanding and the right applying of the whole concept of peace for everyone, which means, there are no differences at all. He also added that peace as a concept and application, is one of the main fundamental pillars of politics, and when it is eliminated or ignored, an opposite negative results surly will occur and happened as an inevitable conclusion. Sheikh Muhammad talked about extremism and terrorism as a clear and lived example of what he called injustice understanding and applying for the double standards of peace has caused a shift in some from humanity to brutality. Those who embraced extremism and terrorism because of their beliefs of being unjustified treated by the others has spread by their unhuman behaviors and their brutal actions what is known as Islamophobia and absence of peace.
