A teenager has been arrested for killing a nine-year-old boy after repeatedly stabbing him at a construction site in the mountainous regions of Jizan Province. Jizan Police spokesman Capt. Naif Al-Hakami said that due to the gravity of the crime, committed under mysterious circumstances, a special search and investigation team was set up to investigate the murder, which had shocked the peaceful community. Investigations led to the alleged killer, a 16-year-old boy, who confessed to the crime. His only motive was to settle old scores. He will be referred to the competent agencies prior to being prosecuted.
