Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance for Islamic Affairs Abdurrahman bin Ghannam Al-Ghannam received here today, Chairman of Pakistan Scholars Council Sheikh Mohammed Tahir Al-Ashrafi currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and reviewed aspects of joint cooperation between the Ministry and the Council on the Islamic action in various fields, particularly the religious dissemination. In a statement after the meeting, Sheikh Al-Ashrafi praised the services being provided by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the service of Islam and Muslims, stressing that the Kingdom has worked and is still working for the service of Islam and Muslims around the world. He said the Kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques seeks for the unity of the Islamic nation. He denounced Iranian interference in the Islamic world, stressing that Islamic countries are united as one hand against Iranian attempts to ignite sedition among their peoples, condemning the criminal and terrorist actions being committed by Houthi militias and their partners against the Yemeni people.
