Fire breaks out in a hotel in Makkah

The official spokesman of General Directorate of Civil Defense in Makkah Major Naif Al-Sharif said that the Operations Center received a tip that a fire has broken out in a hotel in Ibrahim Al-khalil Street here and was extinguished.
He indicated that the residents of the hotel numbered 570 Umrah performers of different nationalities and were evacuated by rescue units of the Civil Defense, noting that no one was injured.
Major Al-Sharif said an investigation was started to identify the causes of the incident.
