Speaker of Nigerian Senate Dr. Abu Baker Saraki and Speaker of House of Representatives of Nigeria Jacob Dogarwa have lauded the role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in achieving peace and stability in the world, hailing the great position of the kingdom at the political and economic levels. They also lauded the great efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in providing services to the pilgrims and the great projects in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque. They also expressed condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Mina stampede incident. These came during meetings separately of Prince Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah bin Mishari, Chairman of the Saudi-Nigerian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of Majlis Al-Shura and the Member of the council, with the speaker of Senate and House of Representatives of Nigeria. For his part, Prince Dr. Khalid stressed importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
