Ayoon Wa Azan (Its Struggle Is Solely on the Battlefield)
Published in AL HAYAT on 23 - 02 - 2011

The earthquake that has struck the Arab regimes from the Ocean to the Gulf is almost distracting us from all other news. However, there are other important stories that I want to go over with the readers before they get lost in the crowd.
- ‘Egypt's new Hitler' was the title of an article published by an American Likudnik website hostile to Arabs and Muslims, and I tried, before I read it, to find out the actual name of this Hitler, but I could not. I was then shocked to read that this Hitler is none other than Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi.
The article was published as the well-known Muslim preacher delivered a sermon in Tahrir Square last Friday. But before I continue, I want to put it on the record that I object to many of the Sheikh's statements, as well as religious and political ideas. Nevertheless, he is no Hitler or Mussolini. Besides, he shall never rule any Arab or Islamic country let alone practice his so-called ‘Hitlerism'.
However, it is the leaders of the Israeli government who are rather much closer to Hitler: Benjamin Netanyahu, Avigdor Lieberman and Eli Yishai. The Israeli government itself is a model of neo-Nazism. But if it required that Hitler be one of the clergy, then the best candidate is definitely Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, although I personally think he is more of a pig than a Hitler, or perhaps his son who is a pig like him.
Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi never killed anyone, but the “Zionazi” gang does kill women, children or incites their murder.
I say this and then I stress that I am not a supporter of the Sheikh's ideas, but actually am opposed to many of them.
- The same Likudnik website ‘Front Page' exploited the assault on Lara Logan, the correspondent of the U.S. network CBS in Tahrir Square, and the sexual molestation that she suffered (not rape). Front Page thus published a report entitled ‘Islam's “Uncovered-Meat” Excuse for Sexual Assault', and republished an old report entitled ‘Islam and the Brutal Sex Assault of Lara Logan'.
Thus the assault goes beyond the extremist perverted perpetrators in Tahrir Square, to portray it as though Islam itself was behind the assault.
There is nothing easier than attacking the Jewish religion itself, and I refuse that Islam be attacked without responding to the extremist Likudniks. I am not expressing an opinion, but noting information from the Torah. The Torah's books and chapters contain war crimes and genocide perpetrated in the name of the Lord. There are also prostitutes and a man, who let his wife work for the Pharaoh to make money off her, and also a man who slept with his daughters, and people who were stoned, killed and burned.
All the above is mentioned in the Torah, and there is nothing like it in the Quran. And then some petty criminals assault an American woman, and it is Islam's fault.
From religion to the present day, there is no Arab or Muslim country that has as many crimes as there are in the West. However, criminals are the ones who baring the responsibility of the crimes, not Judaism, Christianity or Islam.
After all this, I apologize to Ms. Lara Logan for what she suffered in Tahrir Square, and I say that we all reject the heinous attack that is an insult to us all, and demand the strongest possible punishment for all criminals, including those who assaulted CNN's reporter Anderson Cooper and ABC's Christine Amanpour.
- George W. Bush cancelled a planned visit to Geneva, fearing arrest on charges of committing war crimes, especially after his admission in his recently published memoirs Decision Point, that he allowed waterboarding to take place at the detention camp in Guantanamo Bay.
Human rights groups had filed a request to have Bush apprehended for war crimes. The senior members of his administration are all war criminals like him, from Vice President Dick Cheney to Donald Rumsfeld and the Jewish American Likudniks like Paul Wolfowitz, Elliot Abrams and others.
Bush was booked for a speech at an event organized by the United Israel Appeal which encourages immigration to Israel, i.e. occupied Palestine, since the so-called Israel never existed in history or geography, and since the prophets of the Jews were invented a thousand years into their religion, and have no traces what so ever in our countries or indeed any country.
More than one million Arabs and Muslims were killed in Bush's war, and the killing continues today. If we are to implement the Torah's punishment against the war cabal, then Bush and the other criminals should have been stoned, burnt or crucified.
All the above coincided with the interview published by The Guardian with Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi, who admitted that he had lied in his statement given to the German intelligence services regarding WMDs in Iraq, which the Bush administration used as an excuse even as it knew that it was falsified, in order to attack Iraq and kill its people. Al-Janabi also deserves the fate of the Bush gang.
- Israel is panicking. But this is false, just like everything in its government, which issues day after day ‘information' claiming that Hezbollah is planning to launch ‘terrorist' attacks against Israeli interests abroad, to the extent that the Israeli consulates in Ankara and Istanbul were closed over a whole week in anticipation of an attack.
They wish that Hezbollah would launch external attacks. Yet, Hezbollah is a national resistance movement confronting Israeli terrorism, and its struggle is solely on the battlefield. He who shall live shall see.
