South Korea and the United States plan to hold a second round of talks in Seoul next week on rewriting a nuclear cooperation pact that bans the Asian nation from reprocessing spent fuel from nuclear power plants, the foreign ministry said Friday. According to Yonhap, Robert Einhorn, the State Department's special adviser for nonproliferation and arms control, will be the chief U.S. delegate to the talks set for March 3-4, the ministry said. His counterpart will be Cho Hyun, former deputy foreign minister for multilateral and global affairs.
