Prince Salman Congratulates King on 7th Anniversary of Pledge-Allegiance

Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Defense, has congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; and the Saudi people on the 7th anniversary of the King's ascension to the throne and pledging allegiance to him.
In an address on this occasion which falls on May 17, the Prince said that during the King's prosperous era, the Kingdom has achieved gigantic and qualitative leaps in all fields including education, health, social care and services for the prosperity of citizens and the progress of the homeland.
The Prince pointed out that the King's achievements included the Armed Forces in all its sectors, which have witnessed development and progress in various fields, and become more ready and prepared to perform its missions to defend the homeland from any threat or external aggression.
