The United States and Pakistan have made “considerable progress” in talks aimed at reopening NATO supply routes into Afghanistan, the U.S. State Department said Monday. “Our team is still in Islamabad working on the land route issue. My understanding this morning is that they have made considerable progress but they are still working,” spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters. Earlier on Monday, Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said it was time to “move on” and repair relations with the United States and NATO.
