Majlis Al-Shura Stresses Importance of 14th GCC Consultative Summit 2 Riyadh

Ghamdi, Secretary General of Majlis Al-Shura, said that Majlis Al-Shura discussed a number of issues on its agenda.
The council approved a draft system of protection from abuse.
Majlis approved a number of draft memorandums of understanding between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of France, the United States of America, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of San Marino in the field of money laundering and terrorist financing.
Al-Shura also approved an agreement of cooperation with between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of Iraq in the field of transfer of persons sentenced to penalties involving deprivation of liberty.
