Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Malki met here today with Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah who is currently visiting Iraq. During the meeting, the Iraqi Prime Minister expressed optimism of the outcomes of the Kuwaiti-Iraqi Joint Committee which begun earlier today to discuss five issues between the two countries, including a border demarcation, port of Mubarak Al-Kabeer, settlement of debts and compensations in addition to expanding cooperation and exchanging visits. For his part, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister said that Kuwait is ready to solve all issues on the agenda.
