Spain's king has undergone another operation on his hip, which he broke when he fell during a hunting trip to Africa, AP reported. A royal palace statement said 74-year-old Juan Carlos was taken to San Jose Hospital late Thursday after he dislocating his right hip. The palace said he is recovering satisfactorily. A medical report is due to be released later Friday.
